(More customer reviews)This piece works once you get it active, but it has very picky antenna issues getting it set up. Also, if you want to control it RS-232 with Crestron, you'll likely need to buy a 3rd party module - the partner mod. doesn't work very well. After some struggles we've gotten it working quite reliably, but should be easier.
