I strongly suggest using this module instead of a standard handheld remote for public locations like bar rooms or waiting rooms. Use in residential kitchen or workspaces and you will never lose the remote again and never have to replace the batteries. Combine this unit with the variety of Xantech Smart module keypads for a wide variety in control options.
