When I mentioned that the price of the item went up from $4.99 to $6.99 overnight, Steve was quick to respond with information that the product had been on sale and was not anymore. Steve did issue us a credit for the $2.00 as soon as he read my review and I received the credit to my bank to my bank account the next day.
