(More customer reviews)The device does what it says and it is a nice little device for controlling media center or the media center like software that comes with it. Unfortunately it can't be used to turn the computer on. I think you can set it to wake it from sleep though. The function on the controller can be ported over to a Logitech harmony remote if you want.
Pros:

- Comes with a decent media center like program
Cons:
- No way to turn on pc
- Clip for monitor is barely useful.
- competes for space on the monitor with a webcam
I have had this a while now and can say that there are better options for controlling a home theater pc than this. It gets old quick and makes me wish I had bought something that allows me to power on my computer and shut it down like a VCR, DVD player, AV receiver, cable box, DVR, and any other remotely controlled device I might want under my TV. I would like to control everything with my Harmony remote and having to get up to press the power button is burning my precious calories.
