(More customer reviews)I wanted an HD radio and I-Pod connection. I was not interested in spending a lot because I have an old truck, but my expectation is that you purchase a product and it performs as advertised. So I purchased this radio and installed it. At first everything worked well, I found the HD stations and performed as advertised. Then I connected my I-Pod to the USB connection. Again at first everything was fine, the radio connected to the I-Pod and I was controlling and playing my music through the radio, very cool. Three times it connected and continued to work, then on the fourth connection it stopped connecting to my I-Pod. The connection to the I-Pod was in tact because it charged, but it was not linking to the radio and I could no longer play songs from the I-Pod. I tried a different I-Pod to see if that would work same unsuccessful result. This was a complete disappointment in and of itself, then I called tech support. They gave me some trouble shooting tips that did not work (like hitting the reset button). They told me that updates from Apple might effect this radio and make the I-Pod link to the radio not work. I did not make any connections to my MAC so I know that there was no updates that effected the radio. They told me that I have to pay postage to send the unit in and they would work on it and send it back. Thanks but no thanks! It was under 30 days so I am going to return this POS and get something new. I would have liked to had Audiovox (new owner of Jensen) to send me a rebuilt or new unit that I could use while the repair was being done, or replaced the unit immediately. Remember this was less than 30 days when it stopped working properly, not months.
