(More customer reviews)The remote itself works perfectly, but I had a very hard time keeping the receiver attached to my 40D. It just doesn't sit that well. I resorted to taping it to the body of my camera, and STILL lost it in the water. If you are using your camera in areas where it won't fall into something that will harm it, it should be fine.
