(More customer reviews)The product works as advertised as long as you plan to switch out the battery once per week. This would not be too much of a challenge except for the fact that the built in charger does not function. The net result was a frustrated wife and kids.
I have since purchased the Harmony 890 and no longer use the Smarthome product.
