Ordered this product the first time and they sent me a different product. Usually no big deal with amazon because they pretty amazing at fixing any issues. Contacted them via online chat to fix the problem, they said they couldn't replace the item because it was warehoused by GSI so they didn't know what the stock was like. They told me to send it in and then re-order the item. They even put a note on my new order to make sure the warehouse checked the item before shipping it.
Second item on the way, was going good. Received second item and it was the exact same incorrect item that I received the first time. Called amazon this time and spoke with one of the operators. She assured me that they would have the warehouse personnel check their stock. I asked for a replacement item and they gave me the same story about not having control over the warehouse and that I would have to re-order the item. When I asked them how they were having the warehouse personnel check the items and confirming that it was being done properly since evidently it hadn't gotten done properly the last time. They had no answer for that. Finally hung up on them.
Was very disappointed when ordering this product. Like it says in my title GSI + AMAZON = INCOMPETENT. If you order this, do not expect to receive the correct product!
